



The Memorial Student Union Building offers different rooms for hosting events and meetings. In addition to flexible arrangements and attractive settings, the facility staff can provide a full-range of A/V and multimedia services. Requests to utilize Memorial Student Union meeting rooms are handled by the Event Planning Office staff according to guidelines for use of the Memorial Student Union.
Rooms are available free of charge to registered student organizations and university departments for non revenue producing events. Individual students, faculty/staff and other non-university groups planning private events can uses the facility for a nominal fee.
To request space online, please access the Event Planning website at http://osa.tamuk.edu/virtualemsprofessional. You can submit requests in person to the Event Planning Office located in Room 212 of the Memorial Student Union or call 361-593-4173 to submit a request by phone.
Please review the guidelines for information about hosting events in the Memorial Student Union. For assistance with catering arrangements, please inform the Event Planning Office and they will schedule an appointment with Sodexho Catering Services.
