JUDICIAL COURT

The Student Government Judicial Court decides on questions concerning legislation, elections, and constitutional interpretation. Any student may file an appeal with the Judicial Court in such cases as discputes between students on organizations, election violations, and alleged neglect of duties on the part of an elected official. We are not however connected with university disciplinary procedures.

The Judicial Court also develops leadership skills by working closely with both the Senate and the Executive Branch; learning from each other and helping Texas A&M - Kingsville in any way we can.
